I’m a relational and depth-oriented psychotherapist in private practice in San Francisco, CA. I provide psychoanalytic psychotherapy with individuals, couples, and adolescents. The individuals I work with are often searching to strengthen their relationships with themselves and the world around them.

My work is informed by contemporary psychoanalytic theory, a social justice lens, and a careful attunement to the mind-body connection. In today’s overstimulated and uncertain world, therapy offers an opportunity for careful, slowed down, inward-attention. During therapy, you will encounter feelings and parts of yourself that have perviously seemed cut-off or out of reach. Together, we will work towards creating a deeper sense of yourself and your desires; an orientation towards life grounded from a solid place within. I believe the most effective psychotherapy is a deeply creative process, and I bring curiosity towards my patients' creative and artistic selves.
